The wait gets reviewed, not the doctor
Many complaints are about waiting time, billing or the front desk. Left without a reply, they stay on your listing for every new patient to read.
Each morning on WhatsApp: how many people called the clinic or asked for directions from Google, which reviews came in, and a draft reply to any complaint that you check before it is posted.

In short
LocalPulse for clinics is a WhatsApp assistant that sends a clinic owner or doctor a short daily report on their Google Business Profile: calls, direction requests, website clicks and new reviews. It writes replies to Google reviews and posts nothing until the owner approves. It has no access to appointments or medical records. Whatever tool a clinic uses, the rule for Google reviews is the same: reply to each one within a day or two, keep the reply short and general, and never confirm in public that someone is a patient.

Many complaints are about waiting time, billing or the front desk. Left without a reply, they stay on your listing for every new patient to read.
A reply that confirms someone visited, or mentions their treatment, puts a patient’s private details on a public page.
For many clinics a phone call is the booking. Google counts those calls, but the number sits on a page nobody has time to open.
How it works for a clinic
The morning report flags the review. You ask for a reply, check the draft and approve it with the code. An example:
“The doctor was kind, but we waited 90 minutes past our appointment time and nobody told us why.”
Example review. The business and people on this page are made up.
Good practice
Thank the reviewer and keep the reply general. Don’t mention a visit date, a treatment, a diagnosis or a medicine, even if the reviewer did.
Invite the person to call the clinic directly, and talk about reports, bills or prescriptions in private.
Update holiday timings and the doctor’s days in your Business Profile. A patient who finds the clinic closed often says so in a review.
Google doesn’t allow discounts, free services or gifts in return for reviews. Asking every patient for honest feedback is fine.

No. LocalPulse only connects to your Google Business Profile: reviews, performance numbers and profile details. It has no access to appointment systems, prescriptions or medical records.
Businesses can’t delete Google reviews. You can report a review that breaks Google’s policies from Google Search or Maps and follow the decision in Google’s Reviews Management Tool. While it stays up, a calm reply is the best answer for people reading it.
You do. LocalPulse sends the draft to your WhatsApp with an 8-character code and posts it to Google only after you send APPROVE with that code.
Tell us where to send it. We’ll message you on WhatsApp to connect your Google profile and send your first score.
