Terms of service

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and LocalPulse (“we”, “us”), which runs LocalPulse. By using LocalPulse you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.

1. The service

LocalPulse connects to your Google Business Profile, sends you reports and answers on WhatsApp, and writes review replies that you can approve and post. LocalPulse is an independent service. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Google or Meta.

2. Your account

3. Replies written by AI

Reply drafts and answers are written by AI and can be wrong. Read every draft before you approve it. Once you send APPROVE, the reply is posted to Google under your business name, and you are responsible for it as if you had written it yourself.

4. Fair use

You agree not to use LocalPulse to:

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules.

5. Free trial, fees and cancelling

6. What we can and can’t promise

We work hard to keep LocalPulse running, but it depends on Google and WhatsApp, and any of them can be slow or unavailable. Google decides what data it shares and how often. We do not promise any ranking, number of calls or level of sales. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending the service

You can stop at any time by telling us or by removing LocalPulse’s access in your Google Account. We can end the service with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms. What happens to your data afterwards is explained in our privacy policy.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to sort a problem out with you directly first.
